3Tone Extravaganza Green

Design:
Enlarging:
Color:

These design are the same design as the pink ones, although this is a bit more true to the color than the pink one where it looked more yellow than pink. The opinions I have on these are quite the same of the pink, minus the yellowy looking color. The design still looks like the EoS Flower series when worn though, and still gives that enlarging dolly eye effect.

Package from Kiwiberry1-Collection

Thursday, December 15th, 2011

I participated in Kiwiberry1-Collection Geo Preorder a couple of months ago and my lenses from that order came in today. I was so excited about these lenses because these were not listed on the site for purchased. When I heard about the pre-order and saw the selection of lenses I could purchase I jumped at the chance to get them. Especially the Geo Sakura series. These are like the EoS Candy Jewel series but made by Geo.

I’ve always liked Geo Lenses, and I rarely have any problems with them comfort wise. I’m actually happy to know that after the pre-order these lenses that I had purchased are now listed on Kiwiberry’s site. Mainly the Geo Princess Bambi’s, which came packaged in nice little box. Geo seems to be very fond of this brand because it’s modeled and endorsed by Tsubasa Masuwaka.

As you can see Geo authentication stickers all over the box. =)

The lenses are the Geo Princess Mimi, in Chocolate Brown, Green Apple, and Sesame Grey which I have currently open pairs of from Honey Color. Why did I get another pair of these lenses? Because I know I will wear these pairs out because these are my favorite pair of lenses at the moment, and I wear them every chance I get. So I have back up just in case the current pair tears or feel uncomfortable because of my excessive use of them.

So what is this post actually about? Well the shipping from Kiwiberry of course. I received an email saying that my pre order has been shipped out last week and yesterday I went to check the mail and there it was my package of lenses. So I can say that shipping is pretty quick depending on what your shipping requirements are. I’ve always had great experience with Kiwiberry and hope to continue to have great experiences with them in the future.

Geo Princess Mimi (Bambi) Green Apple

Friday, November 11th, 2011

I’ve been waiting for a long time to get these lenses and even longer to try them on because I was saving them to open for my California trip. These are the Geo Princess Mimi aka Princess Bambi series in Apple Green. These are 15mm lens and right now in popularity because of Tsubasa Masuwaka. These I have purchased from HoneyColor.com

The color is vibrant and noticeable and being a 3tone color lens a bit natural. The only thing that makes it look unnatural is the design. The design is made to look more like the dolls eye you would find on… well… dolls. Because of this design it is suppose to give the dolly eye effect, and which it does to me.

Enlargement is huge. I mean the design is pressed close to the edge of the lens and so it makes your eyes look huge which I like very much.

Again I generally don’t like to review comfort because comfort levels are different from person to person and depends on what solution they use, but like the previous posts about the 3Tone Gothic Greys, I had not experienced any discomfort with these lenses.

Recommendations on these lens is that it is great for noticeable enlargement, color change and a dolly eye look.

New and Old

Monday, May 2nd, 2011

The next few entries about circle lens, I’m going to post some reviews of the old lenses I’ve worn and own before I chunk them and some of the new ones. This way I have an archive of what I’ve owned and reviewed and what I have not done yet. So starting with the olds I do hope you guys can find these reviews useful.  I also decided to remove the comfort rating on the reviews because comfort varies between person to person and depending on what contact  lens solution the person is using. So I found that comfort rating isn’t much necessary because one brand of  lens could be comfortable to me but not comfortable to another person, or another brand dries out too fast for the next person. So it’s just color and enlargement ratings.

Old
Geo Nudy Golden Blue
The Nudy series  was my first circle lens. It always fit comfortable and the reason I got it was to get that halo effect. Which I usually do get with Geo Brands. The Golden  Blue color of the series is  more like a greyish color once worn. It’s a very pretty color and I always seem to  like it. Besides  the Puffy Tone  Greys these were  my most worn lenses. They do have a decent enlargement effect since the design pattern is so very close to the edge of the lenses so it does  give a big eye look.

Color:
Enlargement:
Recommendation: Shows bright on any color eyes from dark to medium tone. If you have very very light eyes these  might  not show up very well but you can use them as enhancers to enlarge your eyes.

EoS Flower Pink
This is probably the only Flower Series that I own, and if you look at these and the 3Tone Extravaganza the design looks almost the same. The only difference s the 3Tone Extravaganza has more yellow to it and over powers the pink. This one the pink isn’t very bright as the Adult Pink would be, but it  is pink. Makes a purple-ish tone on my eyes to be honest. I never had a problem with discomfort on these lenses so I had a decent experience with them.  Not much enlargement though.

Color:
Enlargement:
Recommendation: Not a bright pink color but a bit noticeable when worn. Not that much enlargement.

New
EoS Neon Blue
These are not very bright and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone with dark eyes, unless you’re going to be out in the daylight alot. It does have a cute effect though the enlargement is noticeable and the design is very solid. The black limbal ring is very thick though but all and all I do like them. I just can’t prefer them to my others that are noticeable in color change. It might be a good enhancer for light eyes though.

Color:
Enlargement:
Recommendation: Colors not very definitive on dark eyes but might be good for lighter eye colors. Definite for enlargement.

EoS Super Nudy Green
I get very deep green color with these. Not that very noticeable though according to my niece. I wore these one Monday afternoon when I went on an all girls day out for a teaparty and we found out that the tea house was closed on Mondays. However when we were sitting at the Cheese Barn my niece said once we sat down at the table, “I just noticed that your eyes are different color today.” She’s 8 years old. The enlarging effect is a decent and on me it gives off a halo effect as well. With the right contact lens solution it’s very comfortable and I barely had to use eye drops. I believe I wore these for a good 10 hours cause after lunch at the Cheese Barn I was dropped off at my husband work place where we then spend the night together at Chili’s. We didn’t get home until 10pm so it’s about 10 hours of wear on these lenses without any real hard discomfort.

Recommendation: Color is a deep green color on dark eyes. It is slightly noticeable. Definite for medium enlargement.
